Application: Gloves are intended for bakers and confectioners to protect the hand and part of forearm against burns in contact with hot objects up to 250°C, when operating bakery owens, e.g. removing hot baking sheets and in other industries. Gloves protect against light mechanical injuries like cuts or abrasion.
