Description: Heat resistant hood protecting the worker against short-term contact with fire, convective heat, thermal radiation and splashes of molten aluminum and iron. The hood is adapted for use with an infrared filter, type BIR (protection levels 4-3, 4-4, 4-5, 4-6, 4-7) with dimensions of 150x250mm.

Application: Hood is designed for tapping and pouring steel, cast iron and other metals at pots, bottling stations, hole burners, heavy welders and others related to the above-mentioned impact factors.
